A Property management system provider for the hospitality and leisure industry, the organization is headquartered in Bangalore, India. It has 3000 clients in 40 countries and 300 employees in 7 offices in India and the United Arab Emirates, Kenya and Sri Lanka. Besides offering software to hotels in the star category, it has also forayed into the budget segment.*
The company offers a hotel ERP which consists of 12 modules, namely Front Office Management, Accounts Receivable, Point of Sale, Telephone Management, Sales & Marketing, Banquets & Conferences, Food & Beverage Costing, Materials Management, Financial Accounting System, HR & Payroll, Maintenance Management, SMS Alert app.*
Their Hotel 360 consists of a solution set that plugs into the Hotel ERP. These solutions include business intelligence, revenue management, online reputation management, and distribution platform.
The company engaged in a rebranding exercise in March 2012 to launch its 'Easy' initiative.
The company also launched a training academy for their customers called IDS NEXT Advantage Academy. Training are conducted at their head office in Bangalore.
More recently, IDS Next launched their first set of mobile apps, Easy Check-In and Easy Dine. *
