Idea Informer

Idea Informer is a free customer feedback management service that allows website owners to manage users suggestions in a structured form. Idea Informer belongs to the Informer group of products; Informer Technologies, Inc. bought this project, initially called Useridea, in April 2010. Idea Informer lets users leave comments on one’s website via an interactive widget. The widget is to be installed on a website in order to receive feedback. Other users vote for suggested ideas, questions, complains, and testimonials, moving the most popular suggestions to the top of the list. All the comments left by visitors become public; though an administrator can also choose to create protected accounts. Different templates of widget design are available. Account owners can give official response to users who proposed their improvement ideas. Idea Informer provides a free feedback extension for Joomla, which allows to use a feedback widget on Joomla-based websites. The project has a Russian version called Reformal.ru that is currently the most popular feedback service among Russian users. Apart from English version Idea Informer now provides German, French, Dutch, Italian, and Danish localizations.
