Horizon Air Summer Series

The Horizon Air Summer Series is a summer long competition between some of the Western United States finest college wood bat summer baseball league clubs. The Series is sponsored by Alaska Airlines sister company, Horizon Airlines. It was founded in 2005 by Bob Bavasi, former owner of the Class A Everett AquaSox of the Northwest League. Summer College wood bat teams from the Alaska Baseball League, West Coast Collegiate League, Pacific International League, California Collegiate League, Southern California Collegiate Conference and Western Baseball Associated have competed in the Series The Series is hosted by the Yuba-Sutter Gold Sox at All Seasons' RV Stadium in Marysville, California. |
