Highfield Park

Highfield Park is a housing estate located in the Windy Arbour area of Dundrum. The estate contains aproximately 120 houses including those on Westbrook Road. Highfield Park was built as a housing estate in Windy Arbour, Dundrum, Dublin, Ireland around 1957 and originally featured a large grass park, which was regularly used as a recreation area before it was redeveloped for further housing, it is now known as Westbrook Road. The estate is shaped like an arc, with a straight section leading in from the Dundrum Road as far as Westbrook Road, and a further small cul-de-sac at the furthest end of the road. The Westbrook Road side of the estate is offset by two further cul-de-sacs, the houses here are backed by a small brook which gives the road its name. |
