Gulls Way

Location
Gulls Way is located in Frankston, Victoria, Australia. Gulls Way is the beach between Davey's Bay and Frankston beach. It is best accessed via the street that shares its name at the end of Yamala Drive.

Coast
The coastal section of Gulls Way features a small rocky reef which is home to many sea creatures including anemones, sea squirts, chitons and star fish. There are also sandy sections that are good for swimming.

History
Gulls Way became part of the subdivision of Yamala, the oldest mansion on Oliver’s Hill.
Number 17 is the oldest house in Gulls Way, built in 1927. Rupert Hamer who later became the Premier of Victoria lived here as a child.
In the 1950's David Chancellor and W. Rex Patrick designed houses in Gulls Way that featured raw stone from Moorooduc quarry.
