Heritage Connection

Heritage Connection is a white supremacist country band from Harrison, Arkansas, consisting of sisters Charity Pendergraft (vocals/guitar/piano) and Shelby Pendergraft (vocals/violin/drums).
Background
Charity Pendergraft and her sister Shelby started the band in 2003 as a means to " their white brothers and sisters through music" and to "promote white Christian revival". They are both granddaughters of Thom Robb, the national director of the Knights of the Ku Klux Klan.
Music
The music of Heritage Connection is centered around the genres of country and folk. Their lyrics and songwriting themes are inherently political, usually centering upon race (Aryan Warrior, Racial Suicide), illegal immigration (Alien Flood), and brainwashing (Propagandized America).
They often play at the Christian Revival Center, the church at which their grandfather is a leader. They also played on Labor Day 2009 at the Knight's Party National Leadership Conference.
Popularity
On August 6, 2009, Heritage Connection was featured in an article on the website, which described the girls as "singing in thin, quavering voices". On August 12, 2009, Charity Pendergraft offered a rebuttal on the Heritage Connection blog, saying their audience "would agree that music, lyrics, and vocals are anything but 'quavering.'"
