Heidi Mendez Harrison is a Spanish actress and TV personality, who has also worked as a theatre director. Mendez appeared on the TV show Innocente Innocente and in the made-for-TV movie Paginas Ocultas. Mendez was born in New York City and raised in Mexico City.
Mendez is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church).<ref namelds/> She has a bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University and has pursued advanced degrees at the Universidad de Alcala de Henares.<ref namelds/> Mendez and her husband, a bishop in the LDS Church, have two children.<ref name=lds/>
