Chad H. Webb is the Administrator of Seminaries and Institutes for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Seminaries and Institutes is part of the Church Educational System. Webb was born and raised in Southeastern Idaho and served as missionary in Veracruz, Mexico. He has Bachelors and Masters degrees from Brigham Young University. He began his employment with Seminaries and Institutes of Religion in 1990 and had assignments as a seminary teacher in various programs in Utah. He then served as a coordinator in Virginia before returning to Utah where he served as a Preservice trainer to potential teachers. He then joined became the Preservice Manager and later an assistant administrator before being appointed to his current position as Administrator of Seminaries and Institutes of Religion. Webb has served in a variety of church positions, including bishop. He and his wife are the parents of six daughters. |
