Hatem Ben Mlouka is a senior industry Ingenieer in the Tv industry. He is responsible for several innovations in Tunisia. He holds an Honours degree in Economics from Tunis and an Msc in Business Systems from City University, Dublin.. He is based in Tunis and is an ingenieer at the TV Federation in Tunis. |
