David A Milman

David A. Milman, is an American entrepreneur, businessman, and CEO of Rescuecom, a computer repair and support company founded in 1997. Since 1985, Milman has owned and operated computer repair companies based out of Syracuse, NY.
University Data Systems
In 1985, Milman founded his first computer repair company at nineteen years old. University Data Systems was launched from his college apartment and specialized in computer and network maintenance and repair. Milman graduated with a degree in Computer Science and at this time began creating the System One software that governs his business.
Rescuecom
In 1997 Milman launched Rescuecom, retaining its headquarters and call center in Syracuse, NY. Milman holds the position of CEO of Rescuecom, while employing computer technicians nationwide. His philosophy behind Rescuecom is to "Make ordering computer repair and support as easy and as fast as ordering a large order of French fries." Rescuecom's service standardizes the way that consumers and businesses order and receive technical support using Milman's System One software.
SYSTEM ONE
Over a seventeen year period, Milman created the System One software that plays a large part in running his business. The patented software connects computer technicians to customers nationwide. The software also connects technicians remotely to customers over the internet. Milman's efforts in developing this software are directly responsible for Rescuecom's presence in the computer repair market.
