Hari Mohann Kansal is the whole time director of Ultimate Flexipack Limited, which is a group company of the Uflex Group in India. He is a young Indian corporate leader, philanthropist, a social worker and an accopmlished public speaker.
Early Life,Education,sports and extra curricular activities

Mr.Hari Mohann Kansal was born in a reputed family of engineers from western UP and Dehradun . He was educated at some of the premier institutes of India in Dehradun,Kanpur and Mumbai. Mr. Hari Mohann Kansal completed his B.Sc. at the age of 17 and B.Tech. in Chemical with specialization in Polymers and Plastics at the age of 21 from the prestigious Harcourt Butler Technological Institute(H.B.T.I.Kanpur).H.B.T.I.Kanpur is one of oldest(established in 1921) and top engineering colleges(awarded by Star news in 2011 in Mumbai) in India.H.B.T.I.is most renowned for Chemical Technology and Engineering education for last nine decades and has one of the largest alumni base in the world. He did Masters in Management from Mumbai.He also got special
education in the field of ISO 9000 and others in early 90s only.
He had been actively participating in many sports and cultural activities.In cricket and T.T. He represented University and was captain at various levels.
Professional Life and Career
Hari Mohann Kansal is currently working as director of Ultimate Flexipack Limited(uflexipefilms.com). Mr. Hari Mohan Kansal has got a very rich experience of almost a quarter century working with some of the leading multinational companies in the field of Printing inks, B.O.P.P. and P.E.T. films, Flexible Packaging, Speciality Chemicals, coatings and adhesives.
Prior to this, he has worked as a Senior Vice-President in Jindal Polyfilms Limited, and some of the world's leading flexible packaging companies like Max India Ltd and Sakata inks etc. He is the founding chairman of "The Packaging and Polymers Society of India"(PPSI), one of the largest forums of its kind established as yahoo groups in February,2006.He has continuously written articles and papers for the packaging and polymers education for the betterment of Indian packaging scene for environment friendly and cost effective packaging.
He has contributed towards the phenomenal consumption growth of plastic films and flexible packaging films in India.
He has conducted hundreds of conferences and seminars all over India for promoting flexible packaging education and has
contributed towards the phenomenal consumption growth of plastic films(specially B.O.P.P. film in textile and hundreds of other usages including artificial jewelery,stationery etc etc specifically and flexible packaging films generally in India). Mr. Hari
Mohann Kansal had been on the board of advisors of ennatura(ennatura.com).Ennatura is an IIT New Delhi joint venture for enviornmental frieddly inks and chemicals on an honorary basis. He is highly respected by many fans in
the corporate world and delivers lectures in Indian institute of Packaging(An apex body under ministry of commerce,Government of India) to impart packaging education on a regular basis. His company is the
largest manufacturer of multilayer blown polyethylene films (PE Films) in the Asia-Pacific region.
