Hans Raj Dhall () (born 21 May 1945, Sahiwal) is the best social worker of Indian National Congress and one of the Senior Citizens of Jalandhar.He is such an experienced and well known personality of the city.He is such an honoured personality of Jalandhar.He is Member of Indian National Congress.His company is brilliant and for excellence in life. Early Life & Family Background Hans Raj Dhall was born on May 21, 1945 in Chak No.16,Dattar Singh,Tehsil Pak Pattan, Sahiwal, Pakistan,which earlier was in Montogomery District in undivided Punjab.His Grandfather Bahadur Chand Dhall and Grandmother Mehran Bai Dhall died before his birth.His Father Ushnak Ram Dhall was a Jeweller and also did cow farming . He was of almost 3 Years of age when he and his family came to India after Partition of India in September 1947. And His father was a refugee from Sahiwal,so,they settled at Imam Nasir & Bhadarkali Mandir and then in EE-253,Mohalla Bagh Karam Baksh ,Panjpeer area of Jalandhar.Dhall is a member of the Sunar clan of Punjabi origin .He belongs to Dhalla Clan Of Sunar which falls in General Category.He belongs to Kaushal Gotra and he is follower of Maa Durga. He is the third of ten children of Lala Ushnak Ram and Sadan Bai. His father Ushnak Ram died in 1964 due to long illness.His mother Sadan Bai Died on Jul, 6,2008 after age of 102 years due to illness. Education In 1950, Dhall was sent to school .Later on he was sent later to Sain Dass A.S.Senior Secondary School, Patel Chowk,Jalandhar.In 1966-67. At that time he went to school from Panjpeer to Patel Chowk by walk,which is almost 3.5 kms.far from his school. He was very intelligent in studies and have good positions in his school.He also won many competitions in his school and in his study life.He completed his High School .He completed his Higher Secondary and other studies in Jalandhar Career & Married Life Dhall settled in Tehsil Complex, Jalandhar and served here for more than 36 years till his retirement in 2002. He was married on Sept,28,1971 to Kamla Rani. They have 5 children,All children are married and settled. In Field of Politics Since he had very brilliant knowledge in field of Politics so in May,2002 he finally decided to stood in elections in favour of Indian National Congress.On May,19.2002 results came and he won the elections and was elected as Councillor of areaby highest votes.He served very much in politics.He was also elected as Chairman of Shri Durga Mandir, Avtar Nagar Jalandhar In 1988.He was also elected as Chairman For Avtar Nagar Dharamshala. He is Now Ex.Coucillior of his area. He is excellent personality.He also met with many punjabi superstars and sometimes also invited as chief guest in Doordarshan Kendra ,Jalandhar.
