Hank Quense

Hank Quense born August 20, 1938) is an American writer of humorous and satiric fantasy and science fiction stories. He lives in Bergenfield, New Jersey.

Personal life

Hank was born in Jersey City in 1938. He graduated from St Peter's Prep and earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Newark College of Engineering (now the NJ Institute of Technology). While working for AT&T, he decided to pursue a writing career upon retiring and opted to take an early retirement package in order to get started on his new career.
He is married, has two daughters and four grandchildren.

Work:

To date, he has sold more than twenty stories to anthologies and small press magazines. Besides the USA, his stories have been published in England, Ireland, Canada, Australia and France. Some of the magazines that have published these stories include: Andromedia Spaceways In Flight Magazine, Neo-opsis, Faeries, Electric Spec, Glassfire,Darker Matter,Afterburner SF and Scyweb Bem
His stories have been included in: Tales of the Unanticipated Travel a Time Historic, Goremet Cuisine, Fantastical IV and Best of Neo-Opsis anthologies.
He also writes an occasional article on fiction writing. Writers Journal and Writer Online have published these articles
