GoLeanSixSigma is a Lean, web-based organization that offers online courses and consulting services founded by Karlo Tanjuakio and Sion Lee. In 2012, GoLeanSixSigma was originally designed as a blog which shared Lean Six Sigma best practices and expertise from Master Black Belts worldwide. History In 2013, GoLeanSixSigma.com evolved from a blog to an e-learning organization that offers online and on-site Lean Six Sigma training, certification and consulting services to organizations worldwide. Its curriculum was developed by management professionals with experience at Amazon, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Charles Schwab, Comcast, Disney, Target, and Starwood Hotels and Resorts. Beginning January 2016 (spring semester), GoLeanSixSigma.com and San Diego State University will offer the students Lean Six Sigma courses through the SDSU College of Extended Studies. Consulting Services GoLeanSixSigma offers the following consulting services for: * Strategic Deployment * Project Support * Change Management Curriculum There is no official governing body for Lean Six Sigma training or certification. GoLeanSixSigma does not use third-parties such as independent governing bodies to determine the curriculum and requirements of their training & certification courses. They also offer PDUs from the Project Management Institute: 40 PDUs for Black Belt, 24 PDUs for Green Belt and 8 PDUs for Yellow Belt.
