Ghazaleh Khodabandelou

Ghazaleh Khodabandelou is a research assistant and data scientist . She received her Ph.D degree in Computer Science from Sorbonne University in Paris, France. In her thesis, she proposed the Intention Mining concept for the first time. Prior to this, she had studied her first Ph.D. in Signal Processing at Supélec in Paris, France. She received her M.S. degree in Signal Processing from Paris Descartes university and her B.S. in Computer Science from Pierre et Marie curie university (both in Paris). Her current research and teaching interests include data mining, bigdata analytics and application of advanced Machine Learning and Deep Learning techniques on massive data.
Her research experience includes collaborations with University of Sorbonne (Paris, France),
Institut Télécom SudParis(Paris, France), University of Turin (Turin, Italia),
University of Vienna (Vienna, Austria), University of Paderborn (Paderborn, Germany),
École de Technologie Supérieure (Montreal, Canada), École Supérieure d'Électricité (Paris, France),
and DePaul University (Chicago, USA). She is the author of several conference and journal papers,
and she received the best paper award at IEEE RCIS 2013.
