German firefighting fitness badge

The German Firefighting Fitness Badge (:de:Deutsches Feuerwehr-Fitness-Abzeichen - DFFA) is a decoration of the German Firefighting Sports Federation for physical fitness. Sports and health of fire fighters are the purpose of the badge, thats why the decoration can be awarded to any firefighter. Disciplines Endurance 5000m run, 1000m swim or 20 km bicycling Physical strength 40 kg bench press, pull-up or ladder ergometer Agility Two different types of parkours or 200m swim (15m freediving, 85m freestyle swimming, 50m backstroke and 50m breaststroke) Grades The DFFA is awarded in bronze, silver, and in gold. The awards is available as a lapel pin or as a ribbon. Bronze Average performance Silver Good performance Gold Very good performance |
