Finnamore Limited is an independent management consultancy based in the United Kingdom. It has three offices in the United Kingdom and employs over 50 people. History Finnamore Management Consultants was founded in 1991 by Bruce Finnamore, a healthcare management consultant with many years of experience working in the healthcare sector. He is currently Executive Chair of the organisation. In 2009 Finnamore merged with management consultancy The Health Works and acquired commercial change management consultancy The Change Works to form Finnamore Limited. Finnamore’s work encompasses management issues encountered in health and social care sectors, from perennial healthcare issues to pioneering new initiatives and developments. Finnamore supports their clients to improve their performance, across elements of quality and safety, productivity and finance. The company works across the areas of strategy, organisational development, performance improvement, finance and commercial, and health improvement. Awards HealthInvestor Awards 2010 Finnamore won the Consultants of the Year prize at the HealthInvestor Awards 2010 run by HealthInvestor magazine. Finnamore was awarded the title following its performance improvement work with Royal University Hospital Bath, and health improvement programmes such as the Core Cities Health Improvement Collaborative.
