Innecto Reward Consulting are a UK-based company that provide advice and delivery in the area of pay and reward. Their services include the conception and delivery of bespoke bonus schemes, undertaking salary benchmarking, job descriptions, design and delivery of job evaluation, scenario modelling, building pay structures, communications and reward strategy formulation. They have offices in London and Wiltshire, but operate across the whole of the UK. History Innecto was formed in 2002 and became a Limited Company in 2003. Founder and Director Deborah Rees worked previously in Human Resources and Reward for both Marks & Spencer and Nationwide Building Society as well as working as a consultant for Towers Perrin. Over the last few years the company has worked with clients across a range of sectors, financial services, IT & technology, media, property & housing, public sector and retail (link to client list). Approach Intellectual Contributions Innecto has a demonstrable a culture of contribution to the debate around reward. Consultant Director Deborah Rees is a published expert in the area of compensation and benefits , and is often asked to comment on pay and reward related issues for The BBC . The company periodically publishes 'White Papers' on relevant issues, most recently regarding Pay Freezes (link to article) and Recession Nightmares & How to Avoid Them (link to article). In early 2009 the company contributed to the debate around the disclosure of expenses of British Members of Parliament when senior consultant Justine Woolf featured in UK newspaper The Guardian (link to article). Innecto have worked closely with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) to contribute to innovation in the area of reward .
