Gerhard Trede

Gerhard Trede (January 17, 1913 - September 30, 1996) was a German composer, best known today for his production music. His works have been featured in media such as the nature documentary series The Wild, Wild World of Animals, as well as the children's television show Spongebob Squarepants. Trede's "Fox Boogie" and "Jolly Days" are also featured prominently in the 2008 game Fallout
and its indirect sequel Fallout: New Vegas.
Personal life
He died of heart failure at the Asklepios Klinik Barmbek in Hamburg on September 30, 1996. Trede and his wife were the primary benefactors for the Trede Foundation.
