Gerald Oiaka (born 22 September 1975) is a football referee from the Solomon Islands. Although some sources report that Oiaka is a non-FIFA referee, FIFA records indicate that he became a member of the official list in 2009. He served as a referee for 2014 World Cup qualifiers, beginning with the second-round match between Samoa and Tahiti. He also officiated in the 2011 Pacific Games, 2012 OFC Nations Cup, and OFC Champions League. He also officiated in the Pacific Games in Papua New Guinea at 2015 and after that he had a major knee injury and was retired from being a FIFA Referee. He is a qualified Referee Instructor at the Solomon Islands Football Federation. Now, he is the CEO of the Solomon Islands Rugby Union Federation (SIRUF) at Honiara, Solomon Islands. He is also a qualified Rugby Referee. He is married to Clera Gore Rikimani and they have three children together.
