AFC-OFC Reorganization Proposal

As Oceanian Football Confederation (OFC) is very weak (except New Zealand), there is a proposal to merge OFC with Asian Football Confederation (AFC). At the same time, it feels, the OFC countries have difficulties in travelling to West Asian countries. Hence there is a proposal to create two new Football Confederations: # West & Central Asia (WCAC) - 2 World Cup Spots # East Asia & Pacific (EAPC) - 3 World Cup Spots This will also ensure teams like New Caledonia to avoid travelling to Lebanon or Saudi Arabia.
