Gabrielle Christian Cederstrom (born July 25, 1979) is an American plus-size model, writer, author, short-film maker, activist and businesswoman. She achieved popularity in Hawaii by becoming a Hawaiian activist, and pushing the boundaries of the Hawaiian art world. She became a fixture on Hawaiian television. Gabrielle is known for reinventing her career and image, and for becoming an author of the book series; Eat on $5 A Day. During the U.S financial crash of 2008. Born in Seaside, Oregon, Gabrielle moved to Hawaii in 1997 to pursue a career in art. In 1999 she became a teenage mom and opened and operated two art galleries in Haleiwa, Oahu. Pursued Native Hawaiian Activism and worked with the International Hawaiian Turtle Foundation, raising funds through her art. In 2008 she published the first of her book series; Eat On $5 A Day. And taught money saving workshops during the economy crash of 2008. Became a monthly contributor to several publications. Including OC Family Magazine. Laguna Beach Times and a guest writer for Locale Magazine and LA Yoga Magazine. In 2013 she published her first issue of; Plus-Size Perfection. A monthly, erotic photography magazine that became an overnight success. In 2014 she changed the name to; Nude Geographic. She currently has a modeling contract with Gopi Skirts By Radhika.
