Manufactured in the USA in 1961 and transported to UK agents Vigors of Oxford.
Imported via air freight to London Heathrow in August 1961 and registered to Vigors Aviation at Oxford.
Number 52 of the production line and believed to be one of the oldest surviving Cherokees in the world and the oldest PA28 in Europe.
Flown by Lord Kildare of Vigors before onward sale.
Used as a promotional aircraft by BBC Radio Wales in the 1980's.
