Fury: Resistance 2 Chimera

The Fury are a fictional species of chimera that appeared in the first person shooter game Resistance 2. This new enemy lived and attacked the player only in water. The Fury quickly blended into the fast-paced, hectic environment of the Resistance franchise, becoming one of the most common enemies in the game. Attacks The Fury attacks the player in a manner similar to a shark attack, by quickly circling around its target and diving in for the kill. The Fury bites the player once when they are in the water, instantly killing them. It is very hard to dodge a direct attack from these chimera, making it crucial for the player to avoid them all together. Appearances Furies appear in all levels where there is water. They cannot be killed. Before crossing water in Resistance 2, it is very important to examine the water for Furies before going in. There no levels in the game where a Fury can be killed. Even with heavy firepower. Characteristics The Fury is similar to a fish, having gills and fins. It also has two razor-sharp teeth that it uses to devour its prey. It is covered in shiny, scaly skin.
