</noinclude> Fractiv LLC is a videogame software house founded in 2010 by the founders of Offset Software (shut down by Intel in 2010 ). Right now there is no news about the games in development at Fractiv LLC, neither is there confirmation that the fantasy game previously known as Project Offset will be completed by the new software house (a game that had been in development by Offset Software for more than five years). Sam McGrath, owner of the Fractiv.com web domain, confirmed to BigDownload in July 2010 that the founders of Offset Software have moved to Fractiv LLC and that more news will be revealed shortly.
