Timothy "Tim" Patrick Gavin (born Philadelphia, PA, USA 18 March 1963) is the Head Chaplain of the Episcopal Academy, a K-12 School in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. Tim was born and raised in the Kensington section of Philadelphia, graduating from Northeast Catholic Highschool in 1981. Tim received his Bachelors of Art degree in English from Temple University and his Masters in Theology degree from the Lutheran Theological Seminary. Tim married Joyce Armstrong in 1990 and has two children with her, Jake and Nicky. He was ordained to the priesthood in 2013 and led a project to build a school in Cerca, Haiti in 2015. |
