Fountainhead Method

The Fountainhead Method TM
is an educational technique that examines the way a human being suffering a stress based illness such as depression is thinking and processing their reality. This is based on the core belief structures they mainly developed at an early age and how the processing of reality through these core belief structures or "lenses" causes behaviour and emotional symptoms.
It examines where they learned their views on life as well as how they measure their self-worth. The information learned in the Fountainhead Method takes the sufferer’s incorrect or incomplete beliefs, which are based on misinterpretations of the past, and re-educates them to look at the same past experiences objectively and with the goal to understand, learn and grow from them. The Fountainhead Method is an educational tool for mindset change that was developed over a nine year ( 2002-2011) period at the Fountainhead organic health retreat in Queensland, Australia to assist people suffering from stress related conditions such as psychological stress, anxiety, postnatal depression, clinical depression, grief based depression, low self esteem and post-traumatic stress disorder. It also assists with bipolar disorder, alcohol dependence, anorexia and bulimia. The Fountainhead method is also used by 400 practitioners including psychologists and doctors throughout Australia as at 2011.
There is no religious or esoteric content within the Fountainhead method TM and it is used by various organisations around Australia.
The Fountainhead method has been submitted to the Australian senate community affairs committee into suicide prevention in 2010.
The Fountainhead Method has been developed into a Self Education Pack due for release in the beginning of 2012 via www.28daystobeattheblues.com
