FogBugz

FogBugz is a web-based proprietary bugtracking product sold by Fog Creek Software. It was designed by Joel Spolsky, well known for his blog, "Joel on Software."

FogBugz is cross-platform, running on any one of Mac OS X, Unix, or Microsoft Windows webserver and either a MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, or Microsoft Jet database. It is currently at its 6.0 release.

Although it remains a bugtracker, FogBugz now contains features of more general project management, support forum, and customer email management.

The latest version includes an integrated wiki and Evidence Based Scheduling.

Development for FogBugz is done in a custom language, , which is designed to compile to various target platforms (currently ASP and PHP).
