Fernando Chavez (born February 20, 1949 in Delano, California) is a Mexican American lawyer and social activist. He is the eldest son of the farm labor organizer César Chávez.
Currently, he tours the country as a motivational speaker, addressing public interest groups and universities about his father's legacy. He also runs the law practice of Fernando F. Chavez in San Jose, California and Chavez & De Leon, P.A. in Miami, Florida. He received his bachelor's degree from Antioch University, his master's from San Jose State University, and his law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law.
