Fabio Barzagli

Fabio Barzagli (born 1974) is an Italian freelance artist, musician and sound designer seeking in computer music, branch of the electronic music, field that has been developing since the end of the '80s and having its own diffusion in the middle of the '90s mainly through international competitions named demoparty. These competitions are taking place, nowadays, in the most important European and Extra-European capitals, where Mr. Barzagli is well-known and appreciated with the name of fby.

He has composed the music of several worldwide distributed computer games like Trauma Zero (formerly T-Zer0) (1999, clickBOOM, shoot 'em up), Tony Tough and the Night of Roasted Moths (Microïds, adventure game), XTM motor racing (Midas UK, arcade), Operation Nutcracker (Pocket PC title),Euro League Manager (Manik Europe, soccer manager), Legend of Rome (MBM Software, strategy), Steam Empire (atlanteq, arcade) and many other tracks for Colors Multimedia, HP games, and Dinabyte.
Computer art & Multimedia
Between 1997 and 2006 he makes several creative activities, like directing as entrepreneur Nayma Software (a company involved in multimedia-art), conducting Media Experience (tv program), co-organizing TRIP'99 (international demoparty, in Florence sports palace), making Avalon Multimedia Experiences (students/ex-students non profit association for the creation of new creative/professional work profiles), founding DLab the first Italian videogame school that will have three editions in arezzo, florence and ferrara.
