Outside of its registered office in New Delhi, Exergy Consortium has branches in Bangalore, Kolkata, Mumbai, the US and the UK. Its R&D office is in Science & Technology Entrepreneurs' Park, IIT Kharagpur.

Some of the clients of Exergy Consortium are Tata Steel, Air India, and Honda.
Merger
In December 2008, Exergy merged with Param Progressive, a environment friendly equipment manufacturer. The Managing Director of Param Progressive is now the MD and CEO of Exergy Consortium.
