Sly 4

Sly 4: Power of Thieves is the tentative title of an upcoming video game in the Sly Cooper franchise. The game is estimated to be released between 2010 and 2012 for the PlayStation 3 by its creators, Sucker Punch Productions.
Plot and characters
No official storyline has been released, though there are three possible storylines in development, hinted at by the ending of the previous game, Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves. The first plot revolves around Sly re-uniting with Bentley and Murray to form a larger Cooper Gang. While doing so, they encounter antagonists from Sly's father's past, culminating in Sly learning the truth about his parents while attempting to bust "Big Jim" McSweeney, Sly's father figure, out of Heathrow Prison. The second plot has the Cooper Gang rescue Penelope from a mysterious assailant, who has created an evil clone of Sly. The third possible story involves Bentley creating a time machine, with a plot resembling the Back to the Future franchise. IGN and 1up have hinted that the second and third ideas have the most potential. The game is expected to follow the same sandbox structure presented in Sly 2 and Sly 3.
Sly, Bentley, Murray, Penelope and Inspector Carmelita Fox are expected to return for this sequel. It is unknown whether the rest of the extended Cooper Gang from Sly 3 (Dimitri, The Guru and The Panda King) will be included. The lead villain's name has been given as Dr. Raticus, though this may change when the game enters production.
