The Evangelical Presbyterian Church of Nepal is a Reformed Presbyterian denomination in Nepal, formed in 1999 by Korean Presbyterian missionary Dr. Yakub Yeonjeong Kim. History In 1999, Rev. Dr. Yakub Yeonjeong Kim, a Korean Presbyterian missionary, moved to Nepal and started church planting. As membership grew, local pastors were ordained and the Evangelical Presbyterian Church of Nepal was organized. Between 2005 and 2013, Rev. Sangam KC was the moderator of the denomination. After that, Rev. Hemraj Jarga Magar became the moderator of the denomination. In 2015, the denomination received help from international organizations to rebuild churches destroyed in the 2015 Nepal earthquake. Inter-ecclesiastical relations The denomination has good relations with the Nepali Reformed Churches and the Aashish Presbyterian Free Church in Nepal (APFCN). In 2013, at a Evangelical Presbyterian Church of Nepal pastor's ordination ceremony, pastors from these two churches were invited.<ref name=ORD/> references
