He is currently the senior pastor of Bread of Life Ministries International in Manila, Philippines. Ministry Conde originally wanted to start a half-way house for prostitutes in Olongapo City, where the U.S. Naval Base Subic Bay was located, together with 12 members including Conde, started a new church in Marynoll College (now Miriam College) in Loyola heights, Quezon City, offered its auditorium to launch the first service of the church on November 1982, This was the start of the church as an independent church . He was influenced by one particular Korean missionary Won Suk Ma, Ma suggested Conde to visit South Korea for him to see how churches there were growing, then Conde observed how the influence of intense prayer helped in strengthening the structure and activities of the church. .
