Eugene Miheso Swinnerstone is a Ugandan IT Professional and Hockey Player. He is the current Business Consultant & Developer at Flock of Birds, a position he has held since 01 September 2014.

He was born on 1 April 1984. He is a close associate of most IT Hubs in Kampala and was previously the CEO of ICT Systems East Africa Limited, from 2009 until 2011.
Education
Eugene Miheso Swinnerstone holds an IT Degree Bachelor of Information Technology (BIT). He also holds a Certificate in Software Engineering from the National Software IUncubation Center in Kampala.
Work experience and sports
From 2006 until 2011 Eugene Miheso Swinnerstone was in private IT Business Practice. From 2013 he has been working with Flock of Birds.
