Eugene Dwaah

Eugene Dwaah (born 1970) is an English football scout, coach and former player. Dwaah is the current Talent Identification Officer at Cambridge United, and runs his own football academy, Soccerlution. Dwaah has been involved in football scouting all over the world, primarily in Europe and Asia.
Playing career
Dwaah played youth football for the Middlesex FA team, before moving on to play for both Arsenal and West Ham on schoolboy terms.
Coaching & Scouting Career
Dwaah formed 'The Independent Football Academy' (IFA) in January 1994, and began to feed players into the Fulham FC Academy. In February 2000, Dwaah was hired as a scout at Chelsea FC. He managed a team of regional scouts until leaving in July 2004 to join Fulham FC, taking on a new role as Talent Identification & Recruitment officer for the London area. In May 2010, Dwaah was appointed Academy Director of the Jason Roberts Foundation, and helped the footballer launch a talent identification programme in Grenada. In April 2015, Dwaah founded the Soccerlution academy, and started to feed players into professional football clubs. In August 2015, Dwaah was appointed Talent Identification Officer at Cambridge United.
Personal life
Dwaah is the son of late Ghanaian journalist, Peter Dwaah, who once had a private meeting with Pope John Paul 1st at the Vatican.
He is also the nephew of Ghanaian businessman and chief executive of Zeal Environmental, Kwaku Ennin.
