Essence Of Praise

The Essence of Praise, founded in 1997, is well known choir who has been featured at many gospel and fundraising events. This choir is based out of Bethel United Church of Jesus Christ (Apostolic) in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, where Reverend O.G. Simpson is the Pastor. Essence of Praise (EOP) is 35 members strong and known for the energy that they bring whenever they Minister. The choir loves to worship and praise the name of Jesus. Other than church concerts, EOP has been singing at many events and have been recognized as Alberta's Choir. Singing background vocals for recordings artists such as Lyle Lovett, Mark Marlett, Claudelle Clark, and Carlene Davis have helped this choir to become well known in the community. The Essence of Praise was given the title, Best Emerging Artist in Canada at the 2002 Vibe Awards. |
