Escape Room Tucson

Escape Room Tucson is a live interactive escape room located in Tucson AZ. In the game players are locked in a themed room for 60 minutes during which they have to solve clues, games, hints and puzzles in order to escape the room. It is the host of the semi-annual Escape room challenge. Escape Room Tucson was featured in an article in the Arizona Daily Star newspaper
The Escape Room Challenge
The aim of the challenge is for two teams to escape a themed room in the fastest possible time limited to a maximum of 60 minutes. The challenge is a competition between two local radio and television stations. The challenge and its results were shown on television as part of the KVOA morning show and discussed on KIIM-FM's Max, Shannon and Porkchops morning radio show.
2016 Challenge
The challenge took place on February 2, 2016 at Escape Room Tucson. Two teams comprising of the cast of KVOAs morning show and the presenters of KIIM-FM Max, Shannon and Porkchop radio show faced off against each other in the Da-Vinci room.
The winner of the 2016 Escape Room Challenge was the KVOA morning show team who escaped with 5:55 left and KIIM-FM with 46 seconds left.
The winning team is awarded the Escape Artist shield which is held by the winners until the next competition.
