Erich Häusser

Erich Otto Häußer (June 9, 1930 - May 17, 1999) was a German lawyer and judge.
He served on the Federal Patent Court, served on the Federal Court of Justice, and was the president of the German Patent Office from 1976 to 1995.
Early life and education
Häußer was born on June 9, 1930 in Markt Taschendorf / Steigerwald.
Häußer received a law degree from the University of Erlangen in 1952. He served as president from January 1, 1976 to June 30, 1995. Häußer was president of the patent office during the reunification of Germany. Translated to English, the quote is "Those who do not invent, disappear. Those who do not patent, lose."
Death
