Emmanuil Grinshpun

Emmanuil Grinshpun (born April 1971) is a Moldovan businessman. He is an Honorary Consul of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Miami, Florida. Early life Grinshpun was born in Moldova. He studied law at Moldova State University and received his PhD from Interregional Academy of Personnel Management. Career Grinshpun serves on the European Jewish Parliament. He is the founder of the Jewish Community of Moldova and President of the Jewish Congress of Moldova. In 2019, Grinshpun founded a synagogue in Latvia for Russian-speaking Jews. He donated for the reopening of the Wooden Synagogue in Chisinau, Moldova. |
