Elijah Phillip Lothamer (born March 21st, 1999) is an American filmmaker and actor. Lothamer's most notable work is his short-film "See Ya, Space Cowgirl" (2020), which premiered at Grauman's Chinese Theatre for the annual Golden State Film Festival in February, 2020. Lothamer serves as part of the production team of Bucketnaut film and media production company, working alongside founder of Bucketnaut Tyler Savino to produce various short and full-length feature-films as well as hosting other filmmakers works on the Bucketnaut Streaming Platform. After graduating from Noblesville High School in 2016, Lothamer founded NapplePine Productions as an independent filmmaker. Lothamer wrote, directed, and starred in "A Night's Work" (2017), the first short-film released under NapplePine Productions, which started the production company's career. His next work as a writer-director-actor was "American Comfort" (2019), a short-film co-directed with Marissa Vonn, a 12-time award-winning director, about a man who struggles with hiding who he really is to keep those around him at ease. Lothamer's next film, the dramatically-romantic ode to love "See Ya, Space Cowgirl" (2020), inspired by one of his best friend's subtle story of heartbreak, the film achieved critical success and was premiered at the 2020 annual Golden State Film Festival in Los Angeles, California. This short-film under Lothamer's production company NapplePine Productions caught the attention of Tyler Savino who then brought Lothamer onto the associate's board of Bucketnaut as a part of the production team. In 2019, Lothamer accepted and acted in his first feature-film role as Mark along-side Stranger Things actor Joe Chrest in the thriller-film The Cran, a film about a failed comedian, Roy (Matthew Alan Porter), who reconnects with his unstable high school ex-girlfriend who leads them on a hinge for revenge against a rural cult leader, Isaac (Joe Chrest). The film was produced under Bucketnaut with a budget of $20,000 and was acquired by Apple TV & Amazon Prime Video with industry response pegging the film in the $750,000 category. Lothamer's most current work, a suspense and thriller, Eviscerate Me! (post-production), is expected to release early 2023 as Lothamer's first full-length feature-film debut that he produced in conjunction with Tyler Savino. The film will be released under Lothamer's independent production company NapplePine Productions as well as Bucketnaut. Early life Lothamer was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana, the son of Phil Lothamer and Madeline Lothamer, and is of Puerto Rican and distant German descent. His father, Phil Lothamer, opened up a local pizza restaurant, South of Chicago Pizza, in downtown Noblesville and the Saxony District of Fishers. Lothamer spent many years of his adolescent life working in the Fishers location of South of Chicago Pizza and began to use the restaurant as a filming location for the first screenplay he worked on for 2 years, just for the work to never come out. While working on this hidden creation of his however, Lothamer fell in love with filmmaking and knew it was the passion he wanted to follow. Lothamer went on to graduate from Noblesville High School in 2016 where he decided to immediately chase his passion instead of attending college.
