Edward Butcher is a musician from the United Kingdom now living in Scotland. Since the age of 15 he was playing in bands until two years ago when he decided to stop touring and start working for a living. While touring Butcher ran an indie clothing brand named Ghost Apparel that has now ceased trading. Eternal Lord Butcher left Australian band I Killed The Prom Queen to join home town band Eternal Lord in 2007 with whom he did world tours and released the album Blessed Be This Nightmare. The Hunt For Ida Wave The Hunt For Ida Wave were the predecessor to Eternal Lord featuring four members of Eternal Lord. They split in 2005 but announced in 2008 that Ed Butcher and Chris Gregory were writing again, one track was released on the internet but members living in different countries means this did not go any further. The band released two EPs entitled The Hunt For Ida Wave and To Have And To Hold, To Choke Until Cold. |
