Easy Data Access is an author of electronic document management system known as Docsvault. This system enables the electronic storage, retrieval, management, delivery, sharing, collaboration and authorization of business documents such as invoices, purchase orders, statements etc. This 'paperless office' technology is integrated into all major ERP and accounting systems. Docsvault is the flagship product of Easy Data Access. History Easy Data Access Ltd was established in 2003. The earliest version of Docsvault was the Home edition, designed specifically for home users. This version is no longer in existence. This was followed by Professional and Small Business Editions. Currently, the latest iteration of the software has three versions viz. Small Business, Enterprise Edition & Ultimate Suite Docsvault "Docsvault", a server - client based on-premise document management software, was introduced in 2003 by Easy Data Access. Prominent clients include Meggitt and Marion County, Florida. Easy Data Access is headquartered in New Jersey, USA. Operations Easy Data Access is based in New Jersey, USA and has another office in India. They also have a network of re-sellers worldwide. Docsvault’s sales are evenly distributed between its channel of re-sellers and their own sales & marketing team's efforts. In the USA, the company has a sales & operations staff whilst India, has a technical and sales & marketing team. Clients Docsvault is widely used in the public, private and not for profit sectors. Clients include Environment Agency, Erste Group, Toyota Racing Development, Samaritan's Purse, Bay County, Florida and Brownsville, Texas.
