*Epicor ERP: Epicor 10 is a fully integrated ERP solution with extensive functionality for accounting, inventory control, pre-production materials planning, and manufacturing execution (MES). The system is delivered either on premise, hosted, or as a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) offering. The application is designed using a true Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and is modular based, meaning that buyers can purchase only the modules they need.
*HEAT Software: HEAT ITSM IT Service Management HEAT ITSM is a service desk solution developed from the ground up. It has been engineered from only web based components and architecture and can be deployed in the cloud, on premise or even as a hybrid utilising the best of both worlds.
*QLIK BI: - Business Intelligence Software - QLIK offer smart interactive drag & drop data visualizations,KPI optimization and guided analytics usable on any device within an organisation. The ease of use allows anyone to create a visual story from collated data, not just facts and figures and present it in a manner that delivers consistent reports.
*Radio Inventory Bridge (RIB). RIB is a modular software add-on for EFACS Enterprise ERP users with one or more warehouses who require real-time visibility and accountability of stock materials and resources. RIB enables business to manage and process inventory transactions on the shop-floor with the aid of bar-code scanning and/ or uniquely configured interfaces through multiple hardware devices such as smart-phones, pocket PC's, tablets or terminals.
*Eagle FSM: - Remote Field Service Management. Eagle Remote FSM is a business software system that provides drivers, engineers and service staff with simplified remote applications to enable real-time scheduling, mapping, planning and reporting in a company’s back-office ERP system. Remote access is primarily used on: iPhones, iPads, Android smartphones & tablets and Windows Mobile devices. The information that is collected on mobile devices can be tracked whilst online, or recorded off-line and then synchronised whenever a signal is re-established. Eagle Remote FSM is used by businesses with operations that include preventative/ planned maintenance, automated scheduling that calculates routes based on skill, equipment & location, asset management and service level warranty agreements.
*FileStream Document Management. FileStream is a business software application designed to replace paper-based procedures with a centralised, configurable electronic document scanning and archive system. Filestream can be used for Bar Code Scanning or OCR (Optical Character Recognition) integration as a means of providing electronic access to traditionally paper-based documents such as Delivery Notes, Purchase Invoices and Personnel records.
*Application Hosting. RAD provide Application Hosting in the form of server hardware and software platforms required for the ongoing maintenance and operation of business applications such as ERP software and Email Exchange systems.
