Dr. Vincenzo Castellano

Dr. Vincenzo Castellano is
a Sicilian-born, American-educated physician specializing in Interventional Spine and Sports Medicine at Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City.
After graduating from Columbia University, Dr. Castellano went on to complete his medical schooling at the State University of New York at Stony Brook. After pursuing a residency at UCLA / GLAVA Medical Centers in Los Angeles, he returned to New York City to complete a fellowship in Spine and Sports Medicine at Hospital for Special Surgery.
Currently, Dr. Castellano is the Medical Director of the Integrative Care Center located at 635 Madison Avenue in New York City. The Integrative Care Center is a Hospital for Special Surgery facility dedicated to offering the latest in conventional medical treatments along with complimentary therapies to promote the wellness of patients with various musculoskeletal issues. Dr. Castellano has treated thousands of patients with back, neck, joint, muscle and sports-related injuries.
Dr. Castellano considers Dr. Rene Cailliet and Dr. Gregory E. Lutz amongst his mentors.
