Don Aviv

Don Aviv is a noted expert on physical security, including corporate security consulting and investigations. He is the chief operating officer and managing director of the physical security group at Interfor, Inc., an international investigation and security consulting firm.
Mr. Aviv is frequently quoted in the media on issues relating to security, ranging from travel to voter fraud.
He is frequently called upon by television news programs as a security expert; including FOX5 News and CBS.
He also publishes articles in the areas of his expertise.
He is a member of the ASIS Physical Security Council and Security Services Council, and sits on the boards of directors of organizations including One Heart, a nonprofit dedicated to helping the victims of terrorism internationally.
He holds a B.A. from the University of Rochester and a Alpha Phi Sigma M.S. in Criminal Justice from Suffolk University. He is an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland University College, where he teaches courses on homeland security and emergency management.
