Disney Queens

The Queens of Disney include Queen Nala, Queen Kidagakash "Kida" Nedakh, Queen Elinor, The White Queen, Queen Primrose, Queen Leah/Leila, Queen Athena, and possibly Queen Elsa.

Queen Nala appears in The Lion King, The Lion King 2: Simba's Pride and The Lion King 1½, she is the mother of Kiara, and Kion as well as wife of King Simba. Queen Kidagakash "Kida" (Nedakh) Thatch appears in Atlantis: The Lost Empire and Atlantis: Milo's Return, she is married to King Milo Thatch. Queen Elinor appears in Brave who is the mother of Princess Mérida. Mirana of Marmoreal, the White Queen appears in Alice in Wonderland and Alice in Wonderland: Through the Looking Glass as the sister of the evil Red Queen, Iracebeth of Crims. Queen Primrose appears in Tangled as the mother of the long lost princess Rapunzel. Queen Leah/Leila is the Mother of Princess Aurora and appears in Sleeping Beauty and Maleficent. Queen Athena is the mother to Ariel and her six older sisters: Aquata, Andrina, Arista, Attina, Adella & Alana and appearing in The Little Mermaid: Ariel's Beginning.

* Queen Elinor-Dunbroch's diplomatic queen and Mérida's mother, whose respect for protocol and tradition brings her into conflict with her daughter.
* Queen Primrose-Corona's Queen and Rapunzel's mother
* Queen Nala-Pride Rocks Current Queen and Kion and Kiara's Mother, Nala is depicted as being as mischievous, adventurous, and playful, as Simba and she is depicted as slightly older than she was in the first film, being looser, calmer, and less uptight than her overprotective husband.
* Queen -Leah is the beautiful wife of King Stefan and the mother of Princess Aurora. In Maleficent , She is the only daughter of King Stefan's predecessor, King Henry. Sometime after Aurora is cursed by Maleficent and sent to live in the safety of the forest, Queen Leila becomes gravelly ill and dies, but the paranoid Stephan shows no grief over her death. He later notes his daughter's resemblance to the late Queen when Aurora returns to the castle before her birthday.
* Queen Mirana of Marmoreal, The White Queen- Portrayed by Anne Hathaway Mirana's delicate exterior is reinforced by her habit of holding her hands gracefully at shoulder height in almost every scene in which she appears. But her black fingernail polish and the dark circles under her eyes, as well as her nonchalance about certain potion ingredients ("buttered fingers"), hint at a more complex character under the surface. Additionally, she is portrayed as a young woman with white blonde hair, a flawless complexion and air of elegance, grace and perfection.
* Queen Kidagakash "Kida" (Nedakh) Thatch- the former Princess of Atlantis, now Queen of Atlantis is the wife of King Milo Thatch and Daughter of the Former and late King Kashekim Nedakh
* Queen - She is the mother to Ariel and her six older sisters: Aquata, Andrina, Arista, Attina, Adella & Alana, King Triton's deceased wife, Queen of Atlantica. She appears in the opening prologue of the prequel, in which she is at first shown singing her and Triton's special song (Athena's Song) to the girls before bedtime. She is then seen relaxing in a cove on the ocean surface with her husband, children and other merfolk. Triton gives her a music box that plays their song as an anniversary present. The fun ceases when a pirate ship appears and attacks the merpeople, during which Athena is crushed to death by the ship. Prior to this film, Ariel's mother had been mentioned before in the prequel television series, but had then remained nameless.
