Dylan Heffernan better known by his stage name Dimes, is an American hip-hop and R&B artist, producer, and writer. He started to become known off of MySpace and YouTube. To produce his songs he uses FL Studio like other artists Soulja Boy and Nickelback. On most of his songs, he uses the auto-tune effect like T-Pain.
History
Dylan Heffernan was born in Miami Shores, Florida. He started playing the guitar when he was 7 years old. His talent progressed once he got older. He started producing and writing music when he was 13 years old and produced his whole first album, Upncomer, on FL Studio. His music is mostly compared to T-pain and the songs he produces resembles the songs produced by T-Pain. He also uses the auto-tune effect like T-Pain. He started his own record label called Dimes Records.
Upncomer
