Diana Irani

Diana Irani (full name Diana Irani Gressier) is a British fashion designer. She gained her M. Phil at London’s Royal College of Art. Her showroom is located in Shoreditch, London.
“At the heart of my design inspiration lies ‘our’ Shoreditch, its traces and layers of history with all its disparities, laisser faire and nooks and crooks. The little boutiques, markets, vintage treasures, faded trims, buttons and salvaged bits are my muse and really, my hope is to translate some of that original story.” - Diana Irani

Since its launch in 1999, the brand evolved from an accessory based product range to the complete woman's wear collections now available. The pieces are all intricately handcrafted.
Blank’s collection delves into a universe of glamour. Colours reflect the sophistication of 1930’s Hollywood. The signature -- embellishment on delicate fabrics-- is draped into exceedingly feminine shapes. Meticulous hand working lends an element of nostalgia. Ethereal fabrics create romance. Punchy prints convey wit.

Conditions Apply
Diana launched her latest label, Conditions Apply, recently at London Fashion Week and D&A New York.
This intricate collection is playfully juxtaposing silk and other precious fabrics which create the most ambivalent day to evening wardrobe. Entirely hand produced for modern luxury.

Using vintage fabrics and the traditional West Bengal Kantha techniques, all items are handmade and completely one-of-a-kind.

Diana’s latest project launched in August 2010. TheRemedi.co.uk is an online boutique offering inspiring one-off and limited edition vintage and vintage inspired pieces.
