Diego Aparecido Ferreira Oliveira

Diego Aparecido Ferreira Oliveira (born April 14, 1986 in Curvelo) is a Brazilian soccer player, currently playing for Hollywood United Hitmen in the USL Premier Development League.
Career

Diego began his career with Villa Nova, and also had spells with several Brazilian youth clubs, including Tombense and América-MG in the state of Minas Gerais, as well as Botafogo from Rio de Janeiro and Santa Cruz-MG from Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais.
In January 2006, he signed a 3-year contract with . He won the Campeonato Matogrossense with club, before being signed by ABC in August 2006. He was the third (or fourth)-choice keeper for the team behind Erlano and Washington at the 2006 Copa do Brasil.
In 2007 Diego was the understudy to Raniere, and was the third keeper behind Aloísio. In 2008 he was loaned to Atlético Clube Coríntians, the league rival of ABC (in Campeonato Potiguar). His loan was extended in August as ABC signed Paulo Musse as their new first choice and Raniere and Aloísio as reserve keepers.
In September 2008 Oliveira came to British Columbia on a tour with Coríntians de Caicó. He was spotted by Whitecaps coach Teitur Thordarson, who asked him to return to Canada to train with the Vancouver Whitecaps.
North America
Several months later, Oliveira returned to Canada to begin training with the team, and was signed to a one-year contract, plus an option with Vancouver Whitecaps on January 30, 2009.. He was released by the Whitecaps at the end of the 2009 season, having never played a senior game for the team, although he did play several games for Vancouver's PDL affiliate, Vancouver Whitecaps Residency.
Diego signed with the Hollywood United Hitmen of the USL Premier Development League in 2010, and played one senior game for the team against Fresno Fuego.
